We want you to love your TESSIX purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our team is here to help.

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? That’s absolutely fine.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return your TESSIX purchase.

For a change-of-mind return, the product should be returned in good condition with all pieces, accessories and components included, along with the original packaging where reasonably possible.

You’re welcome to open your TESSIX product to inspect it. However, if it has been handled or used beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it, and this has reduced its value, we may make a reasonable deduction from your refund.

To start a return, please email hello@tessix.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost while being returned to us.

If your TESSIX product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. Where a return is required because the product is faulty or not as described, TESSIX will cover reasonable return costs.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take the quality, durability and safety of every TESSIX product seriously. If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know.

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos or video of the problem, where appropriate

We’ll review the issue and work with you to find the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Missing Pieces

Missing a piece from your TESSIX set?

Don’t worry — email hello@tessix.co.uk with your order number, the name of your TESSIX set and details of the missing piece.

We’ll do our best to get you back to building as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm when your refund has been processed.

Eligible refunds will be made to the original payment method used for your purchase.

For cancelled online orders, where required by law, we’ll also refund the cost of our standard delivery service. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, such as express delivery, the additional cost will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory timeframe. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to make the funds available in your account.

Exchanges

Looking for a different TESSIX product?

Please contact us at hello@tessix.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

Depending on the circumstances, the simplest option may be to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Gifts

If you’ve received a TESSIX product as a gift and need help with a return or product issue, please contact us.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product.

Purchases From Other Retailers

This returns policy applies to products purchased directly from tessix.co.uk.

If you purchased a TESSIX product through Amazon or another authorised retailer, please arrange your return directly with the retailer in accordance with their returns process and your applicable statutory rights.

Your Statutory Rights

Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Under UK consumer law, products should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
