These terms

These terms apply to purchases made through tessix.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order.

The terms in force when you place your order will apply to that purchase. Future changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Products

Product descriptions, contents and age recommendations are provided on the relevant product pages.

We aim to display colours accurately, but screens may reproduce colours differently. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Follow all age recommendations, instructions and safety warnings supplied with each product. Products marked 3+ are not suitable for children under 36 months. Small parts can present a choking hazard.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you complete checkout.

Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.

If we discover a pricing or product-description error before accepting your order, we will contact you to explain it. You can choose whether to proceed with the corrected details or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

After you place an order, we will send an acknowledgement email. This confirms receipt of your order.

Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we send your dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken for the unavailable goods.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times are displayed at checkout.

We will deliver within the agreed period or, if no different period has been agreed, within 30 days of accepting your order.

If delivery is delayed, please contact hello@tessix.co.uk. Your legal rights concerning late delivery remain unaffected.
