Delivery & Shipping

Once you’ve chosen your TESSIX set, we know you’ll want to start building.

Here’s everything you need to know about getting your order to you.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. During particularly busy periods, including Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer.

Delivery Costs

Your delivery cost will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50.00.

From time to time, we may also offer free delivery as part of a promotion.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, we’ll send your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Multiple Products

If you’ve ordered more than one TESSIX product, we’ll usually send your order together.

Occasionally, products may arrive separately. If this happens, you won’t pay any additional delivery fees.

Delivery Delays

We always aim to get your order to you within the expected timeframe, but occasionally delays can happen that are outside our control.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, email hello@tessix.co.uk with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
